A. Right of Withdrawal


Introduction


Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within the following conditions. A consumer is any individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.


Important Note Regarding Order Process


Please note that we operate with a fully automated shipping process. This means your order is immediately prepared and dispatched upon receipt. Cancellation after placing the order is technically no longer possible. Your legal right of withdrawal remains unaffected.


Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. Please note that due to our automated shipping process, cancellation before dispatch is not possible. You may exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. Refusal to accept the parcel does not constitute a valid withdrawal. The withdrawal must be done by accepting the goods and returning them to the address specified below.


The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose.


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.


Effects of Withdrawal


If you withdraw from this contract, any outstanding payment remains valid until the goods have been properly returned to the address specified in our terms. Refusing delivery does not cancel the claim. Once the goods have been properly returned, we will refund any payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option). Refunds will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.


Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. Refunds may be withheld until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return.


You must send back the goods to the address specified in this policy without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Returns to the sender or refusal of the parcel do not qualify as valid returns.

Important Note: Refusing delivery will result in non-completion of return and the payment claim will remain. Only proper returns to the above address qualify as a valid withdrawal.


You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


General Return Guidelines


Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return items in original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If original packaging is not available, please use suitable protective packaging to avoid transport damage.


Do not return goods without postage or via refusal of delivery.


Please note: These return guidelines are not mandatory for the effective exercise of your withdrawal right.


Additional Shipping Information


Due to our high-efficiency logistics system, orders are processed automatically. Any post-order changes or cancellations are technically not possible. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. After receipt, you may of course exercise your legal right of withdrawal.


Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply to:


Contracts for the supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if they have been used or come into contact with food or drink.


This particularly applies to items like wine chillers, decanters and other wine accessories that cannot be hygienically resold once used.


Unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are:


• complete

• undamaged

• in original packaging


Warranty Conditions


We offer a 2-year statutory warranty on all products from the date of purchase. Warranty applies to technical defects not caused by improper use or physical damage.
